We offer both in-office and outdoor visits as safely as possible and online (telehealth) visits. Please wear a face coverings. For indoor appointments, only one parent may accompany the child being seen (unlimited family members can come to outdoor visits held at the family car in private corner of the lot). If you arrive early, please stay in your car until your appointment time. Dr. Lombillo will meet you in the main waiting room at your scheduled time.
Vivian Lombillo, MD, PhD is a board certified dermatologist in Olympia, Washington. Her private practice is Northwest Pediatric Dermatology. She is a graduate of Yale medical school, UW dermatology residency and Columbia pediatric dermatology fellowship.
At Northwest Pediatric Dermatology, Dr. Lombillo specializes in pediatric dermatology. She has expertise in conditions related to skin, hair and nails such as birthmarks, acne, atopic dermatitis (eczema), moles, other growths, psoriasis, warts, other skin infections, hair loss and the range of dermatology issues in kids.
Northwest Pediatric Dermatology is a patient centered micro-practice. There is no 'front desk'; the visit is only with the doctor. Visits are by appointment only. All paperwork is completed securely online before the visit. The day of your appointment, please wait in your car and the doctor will greet you in the main waiting area at your scheduled appointment time. There will be enough time to address your concerns, perform most procedures as needed and learn about your child's condition. After the visit, families can reach Dr. Lombillo about the same issue with a HIPAA-secure text app.
What ages does Dr. Lombillo see at Northwest Pediatric Dermatology?
From newborn to 17.
I'm 18, can I book an appointment?
Sorry the age limit for new patients is 17.
I'm 17, does my parent have to come to the appointment?

How do you say the doctor's last name?
sounds like LOM BEE YO, but Dr. Vivian is fine!
How do I contact the office?
For non-urgent questions, please call the office and leave a message. Calls and messages are usually returned within 2 business days.
Established patients only: Please use the office secure text to correspond.
Which insurances do you take?
Our office currently accepts Regence and Tricare insurance (in-network). We welcome patients on any insurances (out of network/self pay).
For Regence and Tricare, any deductible and co-pay are due at the visit.
Will I get reimbursed if I self-pay?
Families who are not covered by Regence or Tricare, are given information needed for their insurance reimbursement claim. It always helps to speak with your insurance before the visit. Most families are reimbursed fully or partially, depending on your plan's deductible, co-insurance and specialist copay.
How much does an appointment cost?
Self-Pay Price List (out of network)
Office visit: New $250; Follow-up, $150
Most procedures each (biopsy or wart treatment), $150
Telemedicine (real-time, online visit)
New telemedicine, $200; Follow-up telemedicine, $125
How do I schedule an appointment?
Families book online at our secure and user-friendly site (button above). The information you enter creates the record - so please use the child's name from the beginning. Booking is quick, easy and can even be done on a smart phone. You'll be sent a link for a secure online intake form. Once we receive the intake form, the visit is reserved.
What if I need a sooner appointment?
Please add your child to the wait list. First complete an available booking, then click the 'add wait list' button and put in days and times that work for the family to come sooner.
Why do I need to put my credit card information to book an appointment?
A card is kept securely on file at booking for any deductible, co-pay or self-pay fees. Families are informed of fees before a card is charged. After a balance is settled, families can request removal of their card.
Tricare prime, active duty families do not have charges for appointments with an active referral by the PCM. Their card information will be deleted at the visit or before the visit upon request.
